Reducing swelling & stiffness ensuring quicker recovery & better adaptation from your training stimulus?
The MOTION RECOVERY COMPRESSION Garment is a medically graded Fabric fibre Yarn & designed to reduce shock waves and vibrations that are generated when cycling or running, thereby helping to prevent tearing in the muscle fibre’s creating referred pain. This gives rise to efficiency against aches, contractures, micro tears & can delay muscle fatigue and the risk of injury whilst exercising.

SIZING
Motion’s Active & Recovery Compression socks are designed to deliver graduated compression & should fit the legs & feet comfortably. For specific sizing, please refer to our Size Chart, taking into consideration that if you’re near the borderline for sizes or you wish to wear your compression garment primarily for recovery purposes, be sure to choose the smaller size where possible.
